Terms of service

A free estimate of what a game account is worth now, and what it probably cost to build. No sign-up, no payment, no account with us. We may rate limit heavy use, currently 5 valuations a day per device, because vision models cost money and we would rather stay free than start charging.

It is an estimate from comparable marketplace listings and named item anchors. It is a starting point, not a final price tag.

It is not an appraisal, not a guarantee, not an offer to buy, and not financial advice. The market moves, buyer pools differ by server, and two identical accounts can clear hundreds of dollars apart in the same week. We always show a range for that reason, and we say when confidence is low rather than pretending a blurry screenshot was readable.

Do not make a financial decision on our number alone. Nobody in this category can give you an exact figure, including the sites that print one.

Riot's Terms of Service say do not sell your account. They will ban it. Epic, HoYoverse and Valve all say the same about theirs. Detected transfers are permanently banned, and publishers cite login pattern changes, IP jumps and hardware fingerprint mismatches as the signals they act on.

In most countries that is a breach of contract rather than a crime, which is a real distinction and not a loophole. Both the buyer and the seller carry the risk, and the buyer usually carries more of it.

We are not a marketplace, we just do the math. We do not broker sales, host listings, take a cut, or link to anyone who does. What you do with our estimate is your business, and the ban risk that comes with selling is yours too.

Valuely is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Epic Games, HoYoverse, Valve, Mojang, Microsoft, or any other publisher. Game names, logos, character art and item names belong to their owners and are used to describe the things being valued.

Do not upload images you do not have the right to upload. Do not upload anything illegal, and do not upload other people's private information on purpose.

Do not script the site, scrape it at volume, or try to route around rate limits or the bot check. Do not present our estimates as an official valuation from a publisher, and do not repackage our output as a paid appraisal service.

There are no accounts here, so there is nothing to ban. If something abuses the service we rate limit or block it, which is the only lever we have.

The service is provided as is, free, with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Screenshot reading is still rolling out and the quick guess is explicitly a guess.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that follow from using the site or its numbers, including a sale that went badly, an account that got banned, or a price that turned out to be wrong. This is a free calculator run by a small team, not an escrow service.
